Taman Joglo covers the garden area in front of the small wood house and can accommodate up to 70 pax for seated setup and 120 pax for standing setup.

Terms and Conditions

• Reservation is confirmed once all required details are provided and the deposit has been received.
• Natajiwa Village and Restoran Sorai reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the deposit is not paid within the agreed timeframe.
• Any changes to the number of guests or event details must be communicated no later than 72 hours before the event day.
• Deposit amount will be determined based on the event type, number of guests, and specific event requirements.
• Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
• The deposit will be deducted from the final bill on the event day.
• A security deposit of IDR 5,000,000 is required upon arrival and will be used to cover any damage or breakage during the event.
• The security deposit is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
• Additional charges apply for extra guests, additional orders, or requests beyond the initial agreement.
• Local community banjar fee is IDR 2,500,000.
• Standard event duration is minimum 3 hours and maximum 12 hours.
• Music curfew for sound system, DJ, and live music is until 10.00 PM.
• Extended duration may be accommodated based on availability and operational flow.
• Maximum electricity capacity available for events is 3,000 watts.
• Guests must inform the venue team in advance regarding any electrical equipment that will be used.
• High-power devices such as professional lighting, large amplifiers, or similar equipment must use a generator.
• Light decorations are allowed as long as they do not damage the property.
• Large decorative setups or special installations require prior approval from the venue team.
• External electrical equipment, speakers, standing banners, or other event equipment must be communicated in advance.
• Fireworks, paper candle lanterns, and Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
• Guest-provided sound systems must be communicated in advance and kept at low to medium volume.
• The venue reserves the right to adjust the volume if it becomes excessive or disturbs other guests and operations.
• The venue is not responsible for loss or damage to guest-owned or vendor-owned items.
